Mark Simpson is the owner of Star Dental Ceramics, which started out as "Sweet Tooth Dental Lab" in 1987. Small business ownership is a family tradition for the Simpsons, and Mark has been building strong business relationships with our dentists for over 20 years. In his spare time he is an avid golfer, loves to scuba-dive and hike, and enjoys taking fast cars out for a spin.
Dave Henderson received a degree in Dental Lab Technology from the Community College of the United States Air Force, where he served 8 years as a Dental Laboratory Technician. He also received his Bachelor's in Business Management and has 16 years of bench experience. He enjoys fishing, movies, and spending time with friends and family.
Bill has been with Star Dental Ceramics since the beginning, and has been a key part of the company for 22 years. Bill has been a Private Practice Dental Technician with chairside experience, also owning his own lab in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He has taken a variety of dental courses for the past 40 years, using his clinical expertise here in Arizona for the past 30. In his spare time he brews his own beer, loves hunting and tears up the floor in ballroom dance.
Terry is an active part of the customer service team at Star Dental Ceramics, and has been a quality control technician for seven years. He often drops by our clients' offices to ensure they are pleased with our work and service. In his spare time he enjoys travel and driving fast cars.
Michael received his B.A. from Hillsdale College and has been with the Star Dental team for over 2 years. He previously worked as a dental assistant here in the valley, and currently is in charge of delivery operations. In his free time he enjoys drawing, karaoke and relaxing poolside.
Rob has been with Star Dental Ceramics for the past 20 years, using his skills as a model technician and his expertise in waxing and metal finishing for the past 15 years. He enjoys taking boats out on a nice day and long motorcycle rides in his spare time.
Rene has been a porcelain builder and finisher since 1977, and has been with Star Dental for over 14 years. She continues crafting in her spare time as a quilting aficionado.
Veronica has been in the dental technician field since 1982 and has been a porcelain builder for Star Dental for the past 13 years. She is a culinary artist as well and loves to cook for family and friends, and is very active as an animal shelter volunteer.
Dave has been a Dental Technician since 1979 when he received his degree from Triton College in Chicago. He has been on the Star Dental Ceramics' team for over 5 years, and in his spare time enjoys music and attending live concerts.
Sandi has been on the Star Dental team for the past five years as a dental model technician. In her spare time she enjoys various arts and crafts, gardening and music.
Robert has been with Star Dental Ceramics for a year as a opaquing technician and is currently studying graphic and web design at Mesa Community College. In his free time he enjoys music and taking the skateboard out to demonstrate mad skills.
